Our Palm Oil Promise
We are committed to responsible sourcing as we work towards fulfilling our Palm Oil Promise: to ensure 100% of the palm oil we source comes from producers whose operations have been independently verified as compliant with No Deforestation, No Peat, No Exploitation (NDPE) standards. This means respecting local and indigenous communities, protecting animal habitats and not contributing to deforestation.
Working in partnership
We can’t do it alone so we’ve teamed up with the Earthworm Foundation to ensure that our palm oil supply chain is transparent and sustainable. Using satellite and radar technology, our palm oil production can be monitored and independently verified as deforestation-free. Our partners on the ground actively work alongside local communities, ensuring our commitments to sustainably sourced palm oil isn’t just talk but a walk to a greener world.
Plastic
We know that lots of you are trying to reduce your plastic footprint, and we hear you! We use plastic because it protects our products and gives you a great experience. We understand that we have a responsibility to be more sustainable and to reduce the impact of the packaging materials that we use.
Recycled and recyclable
Our plastic bottles are made from recycled tales – containing 30% recycled plastic and ready to be retold. And yes, every part, down to our signature black caps, is 100% recyclable.
The recycling world can be a maze of “can I?” or “can’t I?” Not in our backyard. Our packaging comes with recycling instructions aligned with OPRL standards for super-simple sorting.
So, let’s ditch the single-use plastic and put our bottles back into the eco-loop. You’ll be giving them another go-round and keep our planet wildly wonderful and waste-free.
What’s the spill on Refill?
Our Original Source Shower Refills are a hugely positive step in our environmental journey. We’re talking bigger splashes with a significantly smaller footprint. The supersize 1 litre pouch contains 85% less plastic compared with four 250ml bottles. Bigger packs = a bigger difference to greener good times.
And when you’ve squeezed out every last drop from the refill pouch? Just wave goodbye to the spout and it can be recycled with other flexible plastics at your local supermarket collection point.
Just the tip of the iceberg
We’re nowhere near done. We recognise there’s still lot’s to be done to reduce the amount of plastic we use and increase our use of recycled plastic. Our commitment doesn’t stop here – we’re also working on innovative ways to cut down or even kiss goodbye to plastic.
Carbon
We’re on a mission to lower our carbon emissions. Our manufacturing plants are awash with measures aimed at squeezing energy consumption and cutting our carbon output. Ambitious? You bet. We’ve got our eyes set on some hefty carbon-cutting goals because we’re committed to playing our part.
